Louise Ferguson Makes History at Red Bull Hardline Wales — And We Couldn’t be More Proud!
There are race weekends, and then there are moments that change the entire shape of the sport. What happened in Wales at Red Bull Hardline this past weekend wasn’t just another chapter in mountain biking history — it was a whole new volume. And we couldn’t be prouder to say that Louise Ferguson wrote it wearing our jersey.
On a course designed to test the best — full of high-consequence gaps, steep chutes, and brutal landings — Louise became the first woman to complete Red Bull Hardline in Wales. Then, she went one step further and won it. We could say we are still trying to wrap our heads around it but fortunately for us we know Lou and what she demonstrated was a true masterclass in riding.
If you’ve spent any time around Louise, you know the kind of athlete and person she is. Kind, focused, calm, and quietly fierce. She’s not in it for the headlines — she’s in it because she loves pushing what’s possible on a bike. And last weekend, she pushed it farther than anyone ever has at Hardline. To see her drop into that course, knowing full well what it represented, and ride it with that level of commitment, speed, and control… It was emotional. It was intense (pun absolutely intended). And it was ours to witness firsthand.
To Louise: you didn’t just break barriers — you turned them into launch ramps. You’re a pure inspiration to the MTB world!
